Inspect the dimensional and assembly quality of key parts, including rotor seals, shell splices, and support fixings, item by item. Verify each item against construction drawings and technical standards, troubleshoot defects such as assembly deviations, component damage, and insufficient fastening, and ensure full compliance of the air preheater installation.
