Visual Inspection of Pipeline Welds

     Conduct on-site visual inspections on all welds of steam-water pipelines, thoroughly checking for surface welding defects such as undercut, porosity, cracks, and misalignment. Assign uniform serial numbers to all weld joints and retain inspection records. As a pre-inspection procedure prior to pipeline non-destructive testing (NDT), this step eliminates surface weld defects in advance to guarantee the pressure-bearing safety of high-pressure steam-water pipelines.
